WAITING LIST APPLICATIONS FOR 2024

Step 1. Complete the online application for enrolment form. You will automatically be sent a confirmation email upon completion.

Step 2. Print out the application form sent to you via the confirmation email.

Step 3. Pay the enrolment application fee of $220.00 online after the application is submitted. Record the receipt number at the end of your printed application form in the space provided. (NB this fee is non-refundable)

Step 4. Attach copies of ALL the required documentation, see list below.

Step 5. Post/deliver all documents to the Registrar's office as soon as possible.

This is a waiting list application, please ensure you keep the application up to date with updated school reports/Naplan etc as they become available.

Requested Documentation

The following documentation must be submitted with your enrolment form.

A one page letter addressed to the Principal, Mr Michael Ronchetti, detailing your involvement in the following activities:
1. Your church (eg. how often you attend etc)
2. Your child's school (eg. canteen, P&F)
3. Other (eg. Community)
4. Please include an indication of any services or areas of expertise that you are prepared to offer the College (e.g. Participation in school life such as sports, canteen, uniform shop, P&F, College Board)
Student photo (passport sized)
Copy of Student's birth certificate
Copy of Sacramental certificates to support stated religion (if applicable)
Copy of last 2 school reports
Copy of Year 3/5 NAPLAN results (if completed)
Copy of Immunisation history statement

Attention: Ensure you have recorded your receipt number on Page 4 of this application form.

Essential Documents (where applicable)

In addition to the above documentation please provide the following documentation essential to the discharge of the College's legal obligations:

A copy of any relevant Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs visa which is applicable to your son's residency status in Australia.
A copy of any court order relevant to your son's guardianship/care and control or residential arrangements and payment of fees arrangement.
A copy of any essential medical reports/advice directly relevant to the school-based care of your son.

Consultation

Prior to determining the response to this enrolment application the College Principal or nominee may request a consultation to explore and clarify issues relevant to your son's enrolment.

The information requested is collected in accordance with and subject to the St Pius X College Collection Notice.

In order that the College can both discharge its duty of care to your son, as well as provide essential learning support (within the learning resources reasonably available to the College) you are asked to disclose on this application form all relevant matters and provide all of the requested information.

Kindly note: This application does not constitute an enrolment. All applications will be acknowledged and outcomes advised in due course.

Basis of Discretion: The application of these priorities and considerations may be varied at the discretion of the Principal.

Once you submit this application form you will receive a confirmation email with an attachment of your application form from the College.
